Description

Kiro-cid is a very effective product against Clostridium perfringens infections which leads to optimum elimination of Clostridium perfringens, its harmful symptoms and its toxins in poultry Kiro-cid has a strong antimicrobial effect depends on penetration of the cell wall of Clostridium perfringens and lowering the cytoplasmic pH leading to disruption of its normal physiology that cannot tolerate a wide internal and external pH gradient Kiro-cid prevents the adhesion of Clostridium perfringens to the intestinal epithelial cells due to its important role in weakening its virulence and cytotoxic effect that consequently prevents its colonization in the intestines Kiro-cid modulates the inflammatory cytokines expression leading to a modulatory impact on the pro-inflammatory response in poultry that supports elimination of Clostridium perfringens infections, and also necrotic enteritis resulted from the infection Kiro-cid has a positive impact on immune system stimulation and support of immune response because of its role in enhancement of the density of lymphocytes which stimulates the non-specific immunity (innate immunity) against Clostridium perfringens
