Cairo Bio Pharm respects your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including data received through TikTok, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp conversations — at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the channel you contacted us on (e.g. TikTok, Messenger, WhatsApp, or website form) and the name/handle you used, so we can locate your records.
What happens next
- We verify the request to protect your account from unauthorised deletion.
- We delete or anonymise the associated personal data from our systems within 30 days.
- We confirm completion by email.
Some limited information may be retained only where required by law (for example accounting records); this is kept secure and used for no other purpose.
