Vimron is a unique product for supporting innate and adaptive immune system leading to a strong immune system response and distinctive levels of disease resistance in herds of beef and dairy cattle Vimron enhances the production of interferon (IFN) by the immune cells of large ruminant animals in response to viral infections that block virus replication and decrease the severity of the infection Vimron increases relative proportion of lymphocytes with immune-stimulatory effect by activating and inducing the expansion of CD3, CD4 and CD8 T lymphocyte counts and CD4: CD8 ratio in the blood and spleen Vimron acts on the viral particles and interfere with viral infectivity due to its lipophilic characteristics that would allow its interaction with the lipid viral envelope such as in case of bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV)
